Order processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, and product availability can affect processing time.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and product. Where available, an estimated delivery window will be shown during checkout or provided with your shipment information. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first tracking scan.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or import charges. Unless specifically collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
